Installation paths for monet11
We provide two ways to access monet11 on mobile. Android users can download our native APK and install it directly on their device. This method gives you offline caching (so you can view your account history without internet), push notifications for live-match alerts, and faster app performance. iOS users access monet11 through a web app in Safari or Chrome, then add it to their home screen for quick access. Both paths connect to the same monet11 account and payment system.

App vs. browser access on monet11
Our native Android app offers offline account history, push notifications for live-match updates, and faster performance because it caches data locally. The iOS web app and browser access work equally well but require an internet connection to view your account. All three paths use the same encryption, the same two-factor authentication, and the same payment processors. Choose Android APK if you want offline access and notifications; choose iOS web app or browser if you prefer not to install a separate app. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and Yogyakarta have equal access to all three methods.
Device compatibility for monet11
Our Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Our iOS web app works on iOS 12 and later. We support all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on both platforms. If your device is older than these versions, you can still access monet11 through a web browser on any device with internet access. We do not support jailbroken iOS devices or rooted Android devices for security reasons.
Common installation issues on monet11
If you see "Unknown sources" warning on Android, go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your browser, and enable installation. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for APK downloads; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the app crashes after installation, clear your app cache (Settings → Apps → monet11 → Storage → Clear cache) and restart. If you cannot add the iOS web app to your home screen, make sure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and that you have enough storage space. If you forget your password, use the password-reset link on the login screen; we send a reset code to your email.
Data, permissions, and account security on monet11
Our Android app requests permission to access your device storage (to cache account history offline), send notifications (for live-match alerts), and access your internet connection. We do not request permission to access your contacts, camera, or location. We do not collect your device ID or track your location. All payment data is encrypted before leaving your device. Your monet11 account is protected by two-factor authentication: each time you log in from a new device, we send a verification code to your phone or email. We store your password using secure hashing; we never see your plain-text password. If you lose your phone, log into monet11 from another device and change your password immediately.
We at monet11 design our mobile app with security and speed in mind. Your account is protected whether you use Android, iOS, or a web browser.
